They were very polite, punctual and competitive with their pricing. Their name is different now so I was confused at first. They are now Southern Comfort Interiors. The worker that installed the flooring was very good but spoke very little English. Some translation was difficult. Overall excellent.

The representative came out to my house in a timely manner and spent the appropriate time anylizing what was needed for the project. The quote was sent in a very reasonable time period. While I was waiting an exceptionally long time for my insurance company to finalize my claim, a rep. followed up with me on receipt of their quote and to see if I had made my decision for a flooring company. Even though my project has not been started or completed, the process thus far has been very professional or reliable.
